You're not broken.
Your tooling is.
Every founder framework assumes one operating system — linear, sequential, predictable. If your brain runs differently, you've spent years being told to fix yourself. The tooling was the problem.

Every claim traces to a real source. Here's the whole library.
17 studies, tiered by evidence strength, organized the same way our own research team organizes them internally. Nothing here is rounded for effect — where a source doesn't give an exact number, neither do we.
How a claim earns its place here
Every number on this site is checked against one of three tiers before it's used. The tier is shown next to every study, so you can judge the strength of the evidence yourself.
Peer-reviewed, published research. Independently reviewed before publication.
Credible institutional research. Not yet peer-reviewed in a journal, but methodologically sound and traceable.
Institutional survey data. Real data with real methodology — always cited with its sample size shown.
Three studies you'll see cited most
These anchor the claims used most often across the site.
ND founders often outperform on the traits their industry stigmatizes
A meta-analysis synthesizing 47 prior studies on ADHD and entrepreneurship — patterns across dozens of independent samples, not one dataset.
Dyslexia shows up in entrepreneurs at more than double the general population's rate
35% of the entrepreneurs sampled identified as dyslexic, against roughly 15% of the general population in comparable research.
Most ND founders mask the traits that give them their edge
78% of the ND founders surveyed said they mask traits that would otherwise give them a competitive edge — the source's own stated figure.

🔬 Research in progress
A deeper pass covering autism, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette's, and an update to the dyslexia research above is underway — 24 sources reviewed, 6 candidate studies found. None of it appears above yet: every candidate stays labeled exactly that, "candidate," until it passes our own sign-off review. Two conditions (dyspraxia, dyscalculia) turned up no entrepreneurship-specific research that met our evidence bar — when that's the honest finding, we say so rather than stretch weaker sources to fill the gap.
What the research doesn't cover yet
We'd rather name the gaps than imply completeness that isn't there.
- No peer-reviewed study on female ND founders specifically
- No research on autism subtypes × entrepreneurial behavior
- No longitudinal ND founder outcome data
- No co-occurring condition (AuDHD) entrepreneurship research
- No non-Western ND founder studies
- No replication of the 2009 dyslexia prevalence finding with a modern sample
⚠️ These gaps are the point, not a weakness to hide
Where the field hasn't studied something yet, that's real information too. These are also our own research priorities going forward.
